Fekete, festett ZWACK UNICUM 0,5 l-es kiszerelésű üveg likőr henger alakú, fém díszdoboza. Fedelén vörös alapon aranykeresztes márkajel, oldalán "UNICUM ZWACK VIGYÁZAT HAMISÍTJÁK!" felirat és vörös tálcán ételt vivő pincérek ábrái láthatók, UNICUM üveg ábrája mellett.
